At Jackson Family Rentals, we provide high-quality, family-friendly camper rentals designed to help you make unforgettable memories on the road. Our campers are fully equipped with the essentials — comfortable beds, kitchen facilities, and all the amenities you need for a great adventure.

Easy Online Booking
Booking a camper with us is fast and secure. Browse our available units, select your dates, and complete your reservation online in minutes. A 50% rental fee deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remaining balance charged 14 days before your rental start date. A security deposit is collected on the rental begin date and released after return, typically within 7 business days, provided no excessive damage or fees are incurred.

Rules & Policies
Delivery
Our units are delivery only — we deliver within a specified radius from our base in Muskegon, MI.
Free delivery up to 30 miles
Delivery fee beyond 30 miles is $2.25 per mile
We also handle setup and tear-down so you can arrive and relax — no heavy lifting required.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our units. Evidence of smoking may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Pets
We do no allow any pets onboard our rigs at this time. Service animals welcome.
​
Festivals & Tailgating
Campers may not be taken to music festivals, tailgating events, or similar gatherings.

Campsite Compatibility
It’s the renter’s responsibility to confirm that the campsite can accommodate the camper selected. If we cannot safely set up the unit at the reserved site, the rental may be cancelled without refund.

Setup & Tear-down Timing
Please allow adequate time for setup and tear-down. We require at least 1 hour before your planned camp start time for setup, and 1 hour before checkout time on your last day to complete tear-down.

Site Hookups
We recommend choosing campsites with full hookups (water, electric, and sewer). Our units require 50-amp electric service for full functionality. Some features may be limited on 30-amp hookups.

Waste Elimination
A $50 sewage/waste elimination fee applies if the campsite does not have a sewer hookup and waste must be emptied after your stay.

Cleaning & Preparation
We take cleanliness seriously. There is a standard cleaning fee of $100 per rental to ensure units are delivered in great condition.

Rental Agreement
All guests must complete and sign a Rental Agreement before the rental start date. If the agreement is not completed in time, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days days before rental start, 50% refund if cancelled 14-29 days before rental start. Cancellations less than 14 days before rental start are non-refundable unless the start date is less than 14 days prior to booking. Rentals booked less than 14 days from rental start will have a 24 hour grace period for cancellation and receive a full refund.

Additional Fees
Excess Cleaning Fees
An additional $50 cleaning fee will be applied if excessive cleaning is required.

Lost Keys
A $30 fee per key (fob) will be applied if keys are lost or damaged.
​
Waste Elimination Fee
A $50 fee will be applied if there are no sewer hookups at campsite
​
Late Pick-Up Fee
Charged if RV is not ready for pick up within the specified time the campground requires. This fee will vary from campground to campground (see campground rules).
